A new and hip way of co-creating fun videos with friends or people nearby.
If the viral success of Vine has proved anything it's that six-second looping videos are surprisingly addictive.
Now, a new video app aims to take Vine's concept of six-second videos to the next level. Vid, which launched Thursday, allows users to collaborate with friends to create customized looping videos.
Vid enables people to create original looping videos or upload from Vine, do real-time editing and then invite friends and people nearby to contribute.
Vidapp.co is launching its video-looping app with $1.2 million in seed funding, following the popularity of services like Twitter Inc .'s Vine and Facebook Inc .'s Instagram.
